A little introspection...
To me, being successful means...
Doing something so that I don't dread waking up in the morning
My definition of success has changed over time.
There used to be money and fame included in my idea, as well as the necessity to go to what everyone told me were the best schools for me.
My greatest accomplishment to date and what I’ve learned from it
Leaving Sonoma State to go back to Foothill and get a challenging education like how I wanted to when I was a senior in high school. Don't listen to what other people try to push on you (in this case, community college is less than university), do what you feel would be best for you.
An unexpected event that changed my life and how it impacted me
Two of my grandparents died within the year, and I realized that mortality is real, and the people in my life won't be there forever, and I gained a greater appreciation for life and the people in mine.
